This is just a “we’ve received your order” email. I’ve never gotten one but have seen this type of note in mybmw before. Your CA should be able to tell you what the approximate timeline is. You could also call bmw genius to get more info.
My wild guess is your production number should be provided within 2 weeks and actual production should start within 4-6 weeks. Keep us posted
