Agreed. I think battery powered cars were going to happen eventually anyhow, ultimately taking over, but government is speeding it up though for certain. In a decade or two today's kids will be fans of EV and wonder why it took so long. And probably hate when a gas powered car drives by. OK that could be 30 years but it's happening, and would have happened anyhow just perhaps more slowly.
