Just brought it back home.

The colour is wonderful. The seating position. The gear shifter.🥰 Cannot say a lot more.

Plan to drive in slowly till 2000km

Only that new European security system is annoying.
I couldn’t find a way to get ride of the beeping when you go over the speed limit ..
hopefully bimmerlink will find a solution soon…

I will

Next week I plan to go to Italy … maybe San Remo let’s see.

Also some mountain passes if free. I haven’t been driving a stick in a long time. Wonderful to be back. Even tough still very “shy”…

Check the manual, perhaps there is a way to override this alert.

There is a setting to turn off the sound and regulate the speed where it sets off the alarm- but this unfortunately doesn’t work.

Once you go over the speed limit again it will beep 3 times …

European legislation …soon to hit al cars by June 2024

Only hope …coding

Yes it does - maybe there is a way around it, I will try.
Otherwise I am pretty sure someone will code it.
Gonna go trough the manual again…

Great looking car! San Remo looks excellent 👌 and classy interior.

I am a fan of the clean de-baged look. Was considering doing it to mine and may go through with it now after seeing yours.

Enjoy

Love the colour but thinking of maybe painting the calipers black or golden.
Debaging is the way to go - symmetrie- easy to clean

Give it a little time as the red calipers give the side view of the car a nice pop of an accent color and they also work well with the cognac interior.

Looks spectacular. San Remo green is looking better and better to me.

FWIW I think the golden/orange calipers look very classy.

IMHO, colors with a shade like that should be reserved for M Carbon Ceramic Brakes.

Thank you for the pictures. That color combo is great, but I like the additional color of the 'standard" Cognac. Still, I am starting to feel like curling up in a ball and avoiding forum contact until mine arrives (June, hopefully).
