Until it hits status 150 (Scheduled for Production) you can make changes.

Today my Z4 started production and VIN was assigned!

Damn, that was way faster than I expected. Order placed 15 March and started production 19 March. My CA estimates it should be done with production around 10 April.

I was thinking the car would get here in late July or early August, but now is seems there's a good chance it will be here late May or beginning of June (as long as it doesn't sit at the port too long waiting on a boat).

Keeping my fingers crossed this pace continues.

The port (Bremerhaven) is typically the most significant and unpredictable holdup.

You are giving me hope. I received my production number a few days ago, on the 26th. Hopefully it will go just as quick for me.

The more I look at it, the more I like it and I am now convinced that SSG/ Magna Red combination is as attractive as Frozen Grey/ Magna Red and you save $3600 when you select it.

I’m horrible with the checks. Check the specs, checked every hour or so on if the tracking moved, watched the ship cross the Atlantic, waited for the truck…. Yeah. It’s an obsession lol
