And you can see that after he kicked her car she hit the gas and hit his motorcycle in retaliation, but then came to a stop. After that he starts coming towards her car which is when she accelerated probably because she was scared of what he might do.

think the guy taking the video got there a couple of minutes late. If you look closely, she is way crooked, her front tires are almost on the line while her rears are not. So she must have been inching her way over to block him from splitting the lane.
w/ that said, both are at fault, blocking someone is not reason enough to kick her headlight out, a simple fuck you cunt would have been enough. But her reaction was way out of line, so she deserved everything that happened afterwards, in fact she got off easy
