agreed, but this will be more than $10k difference. the Cayman is the slowest selling car in Porsche's lineup, so my guess is that it's easier to get a deal on a Cayman GTS, whereas I don't think people will be stealing the GT4's (unless they really produce a lot of them, but given it's a GT car, my suspicion is that this will be a low-volume car). |
Some will be lucky to get them for msrp and then there will be some that go for well over sticker especially since this is a GT Porsche and as you said likely to be limited production. The fact that from the outset they are 6mt will make them that much more appealing to guys who have GT3 money but didn't buy a Gt3 because the didn't want pdk. The demand for the GT4 will cause a lot of msrp mark ups.
Just look at how prices have skyrocketed for the 997 GT cars. And rightfully so.
