Cool. On that 3rd exercise....you can also do them with a single handed curl attachment. That allows you even more flexibility to get the contraction behind your head....almost to your neck. At the end it kind of looks like you are starting a standing French press with your palms facing towards your back...or even towards your ear if you find you feel it better that way.
But it will contract so hard....it will almost cramp on you!
