Several reasons:
1.He won't have the freedom at Ferrari to do in his off time what he is doing now, ie fashion, music, etc.
2. Why move from a winning team to one that is not quite up there?
3. I can't see him and CL getting along, it will be similar to his first year at Mclaren with Alonso as his team mate. We all know how that played out...
4. Why would Ferrari even be interested in him, seeing that he is at the end of his career? He probably only has another 4 years or so left. I would rather be looking at a Sainz, Verstappen, Norris,etc. Even Danny Ric would be a better bet ito longevity.

Agree one of the hot favourites for Ferrari would be Max,my choice. I just can't see Ham changing only for the sake of change and he would then be on his last rounds in F1.
