The FIA fixed the loop hole and the engines of both Ferrari and Honda (Red Bull) both showed a power loss in the 2020 season compared to the 2019...with Ferrari showed the bigger loss.
Noting also that the Mercedes engine power output remained unchanged by the tightening of the fuel flow regs.

Also when Red Bull where pulled up for using flexible front wings that were explicitly banned by the rules...did they have their wins/podiums deleted from the rankings?
