You should work on your reading comprehension. I said in the same situation because of experience, strategic calls are available to HAM that are not available to RUS.

Cast your mind back to China 2007. HAM lost the race and the championship to inexperience, not performance. He knew the tires were bad but waited for the pit wall. A more experienced driver may have made a different call.
