If you have the factory M40 rims, they are the same regardless of whether they are 18" or 19" - 9" and 10" wide.

If you have a 30i, the standard wheel is 18" and are 8" and 9" wide while the 19" are the same 9" and 10" as the M40.

Also, you can tell from checking your tire widths if you have the factory tires or the exact same as the factory tires. The narrow set are 225 front and 255 rear. The wider set are 255 front and 275 rear.

Or, you can simply measure the width (cross section) of the wheel through the spokes....
