The B1tch wanted already move to Mercedes in 2023.
If Wolff buys the B1tch , Wolff gets Red Bull Technology .

Let's keep it respectful. The RBR employee has her point of view - no need to call her names. We don't know the details. This was an internal investigation.

Red Bull HQ kept its statement very brief and formal. That's the official position.

Is the RBR employee still part of RBR (different job position) or is she out with some sort of compensation package (the Dutch newspaper "De Telegraaf" had reported that she had rejected a £650K proposal made by Horner's lawyers on Feb 3, 2024) or is she out without anything ? Can she disclose anything about her complaint or did she sign an NDA and a settlement agreement ?

He must have a pretty reliable source for that.
Erik van Haren explained previously in Dutch interviews that he has legal counsel on the case and involves superiors to ensure that he and the newspaper 'De Telegraaf' stay out of legal trouble. He indicated that, in principle, he could publish more of what he has heard, but decided to be cautious and, hence, to only publish what he can back up with evidence. He said something along the lines of "given the delicate nature, we did our home work properly".

As he now mentioned a £650K proposal made on Feb 3: he would be a fool to publish that claim if he has no irrefutable evidence about that. We may reasonably assume that he got OK'd for publication of that tidbit.

The female employee allegedly rejected the £650K proposal. It remains guessing, but it sounds like it's a matter of principle and integrity for her. van Haren claims to know her identity.
What about the rumored possibility for Horner to sue the Dutch newspaper "De Telegraaf" ? He'd better beware because that plan could backfire: risk that the newspaper discloses delicate info to prove its position (they involved legal counsel prior to leaking the Horner complaint). Undoubtedly, RB HQ, RBR and Horner want to turn the page ASAP and move on to 'business as usual', so better don't ruffle feathers.
