That kind of cardio is definitely difficult. I always have a ton of respect for people who do high intensity routines like that. I used to be a cardio guy, but I've given it up and go for the glamour muscles now. I'm too skinny for that. Which is what I tell myself because those workouts would destroy me. Lol
