BMW tends to hold back some features for "marketing?" reasons. Despite my Z4 & M4 having identical dashboards the data & displays presented are very different.
Added the stripes at the top. Functionally a line runs up the tack & the lines join & flash as a last shift point before the nanny cuts the power.
The M4 has two different main displays depending on mode selection. This carries through to the HUD even though the base comfort HUD shows more info than the Z4's best projection.
Would agree all you really need in Nav, Tach, Speed & Gear. The rest makes for a better Toy.
