I'm sure orthopaedic doctors have seen an influx of new young patients since that became popular.

It was a new class I was trying so wasn't sure what to expect. The beginning was fine but after that I could have thrown the shoes out the window lol. I've never had any desire to do CrossFit or even try. I've had a few friends hurt themselves. I may try the new On running shoes. Those have become very popular. I feel like Hoka has to much lift for me.
