I'm taking BSN True mass weight gainer as it worked in the past for me when I was avidly going to the gym. Now I want to try something new as I noticed I hit a plateu at the gym. I can motivate myself to finish P90X but I really don't want to drop in waist size lol. Any suggestions? Thanks in advanced!
