Welcome to the forum John. Sorry to hear you're having problems.
The door trim thing seems to be quite common, but I haven't heard anyone else report a squeaky console. Probably worth taking it back to the dealer, they can usually sort these things with a bit of foam once they've worked out where the problem is.
