and cheat meals are actually very beneficial. when youre on a low calorie diet for an extended period of time it causes your metabolism to slow because your body senses it is not getting enough calories and it will therefore try to hang on to the calories it has. so when you cheat, you're actually resetting your metabolism.

I dont know how much I would trust that reading, especially if you are doing it yourself. I have had my bodyfat tested by plenty of professionals and there is a huge margin for error! If you dont know what your are doing and just guessing where to pinch, I can almost garuntee that its not gonna be close.
At the Olympic Training Center, I have had my BF tested by the calipers, by water submersion, and also the DEXA x-ray. And the calipers by far have the most room for error.
