I think you are missing the point of the numbers you posted. Your screenshot shows flu as a mature globally distributed virus kills 0.05% of the people who get it. Coronavirus kills 3.4% of the people who get it - and it is in the early stages of spreading with higher transmission rates than the flu. If/when Coronavirus is as widespread as flu we'll see 1.1 million dead. |
If not missing the point. We aren't there yet hence why I said I'm not worried YET.
I'm not an alarmist and refuse to stock up on batteries, water, etc etc.... and hunker down in my "bunker".
We will be traveling smartly until I feel it isn't safe.
