Highest density of wannabes due to the high amount of money in those areas. Plus it's filled with "look at me look at me" type of people. Don't know what I mean? Go to Rodeo DR or down to South Beach. People will purposely drive in those dense areas and rev and show off their clothes and cars
I lived at Clearwater Beach, FL and that happened all the time so people get non special models and make them seem like they are to appeal cooler or having more money.
