It was rough, but a little tenacity can go a long way. A lot of people start out that way, and I really didn't want to leave the shop I was at, but money and new experiences are worth it. I actually purchase tools from the shop I used to work at now, so in the end, it's a small world in manufacturing.
Depending on where you end up, you'll start meeting people from all over the place, that in some way, will know a ton of people you know one way or another. |
