Two weeks ago I started a new diet. That semi fell through with the recording, but am still eating just as much.
Yesterday I finally decided to get off my couch potato ass and go run for a mile.
Today I got the courage to go to the gym. Luckily my friend (who is obsessed with working out) trained me. I forgot how intimidating it is behind the weakest person in the room.. Going to work towards not being that from now on out
