It's a helluva time to be a car guy. Both the best and worst of times. Pure, raw cars with manuals, N/A and RWD may be dying out but new cars have insane performance numbers that no one could have dreamt of 10 years ago.

exactly what I'm trying to do

but i still feel like the last wave of NA cars (gt3, huracan, 458, viper ) are still more than enough for the street if you're redlining it and turning traction off. until driving my m3 and 458 at 10/10ths on the street get boring, i don't feel like i need to upgrade to any of this hybrid stuff.

pretty much.

and the pista is basically a 488 motor with a bootmod tune on it.
