From what I read, it goes down to 6.5%, phased in Jan 1. 2017, and down to 6.0% in another year. What a bargain!
imho it smacks down the little people, because a 2017 991.2 Carrera 4S gets better mileage than a 2002 Ford Escort. I'm just glad I'm rich.
