I had the same exact problem after washing my car in the spring (not cold). My car wouldn't move and i had to rock it a bit in reverse with the gas to get the car to move and the emergency brake to release. Then there was some brake rubbing for a few blocks until it finally let go. Took the car to the dealer and they did something because it hasn't happened since.

The parking brake light was not on but it was stuck. Apparently, you should drive the car a bit after washing it to dry the brakes, or not use the parking brake after washing. Anyone else had a similar experience?
