I treated with 303, I've also tried Raggtop over the years, first with my E85 then with an M240 it beads like crazy for about the first 10 minutes of a rain then it soaks in, I tried reapplying a couple of weeks later and same result, only the vertical surfaces bead for any length of time and in an all day rain even that soaks in, hopefully it's better at protecting from the sun than it is the rain which is the only reason I use either anymore. My biggest problem with 303 is that the sprayer leaks and drips while Raggtop aerosol sprays a nice fine mist evenly.

I didn't spray it on. I used a 4" paint roller. Easier to apply and also covers evenly. I am pleased. Sorry it didn't work well for you.
