Well, I figured I'd revisit this question. I saw the following sticky on the Bungie forum:

I haven't tried this out myself but thought I'd share. It looks like the service will capture your video and it may take a few hours... from what I've browsed it looks like the end result is just a Flash file. Then to get it onto your pc you'd capture it with the 2nd program they mention.
