I wouldn't do anything. Sometimes yelling and screaming is therapeutic.
Especially if people are working from home due to covid.
I'd intervene myself before calling the cops. I'd walk over while they're fighting and invite the guy over to my place. If he gets flippant with you double-down and tell him to come over another time and hang out.
