What a difference - instead of moving around 15 - 20 times at night - I might have moved 3-4. Which I feel is normal - just getting comfortable here and there/changing positions.
This mattress I believe will help me recover from the gym better by getting prolonged deeper sleep. I am already feeling a massive boost in cognition and woke up with zero stiffness.
