I'm in the northeast USA and routinely on any BMW I've previously leased through build-to-order I have been able to achieve 10-12% off MSRP, then apply BMW NA incentives.
On the 2021 Z4, I have only been able to get to 5-6% off MSRP, and currently no BMW NA incentives available on top 
Found an "almost to my custom spec" 2020 Z4 and got 12% + $3k in BMW NA incentives, so pulled the trigger.... but this was sitting on the lot for a few months. |
