hands down in that 100ish range, the Karcher 1700 is best of breed. From there, visit obsessedgarage to accessorize it with quality connectors, wand, hose.
I just upgraded from my 1700 to a kranzle. It was an absolute workhouse. Obviously my new kranzle is in a totally different class.
