I think the way the scam works is that the scammer asks for money up front to process the application of something. My buddy has already set up a fake e-mail account and is ready to reach out. Give me some ideas to pass along to completely shred this scammer!  |
There is a 99% chance that this scammer is not even from the states, most of these scams are run through VPN to give a false sense of impression to the others. I got a call the other day about my taxes...some personal details were correct... and that I have to pay immediately to avoid prosecution !!! (The guy was not able to speak in English fluently..can you imagine
)
