Verizon Msg: Great news, we're now sending potential Fraud calls to voicemail automatically. For extra protection, the iOS 14 update includes Silence Junk Callers, a new feature that auto-blocks potential Spam calls and sends them to your Recent calls & voicemail. Which goes back to my post about having phone numbers be treated the same as domain registrations for DNS on the Internet. While there are probably ways to get around it, I can't help but expect this would cut down on a large amount of this BS. Both with the amount of work required to go through registering a phone number and the ability to go back to the registrant for legal/civil remedies.
