Yeah that's the real rub, they'd have to essentially setup RUS to be an apprentice to HAM. It could really help George develop as a driver but having been the wonder boy at Williams the last few seasons it would be a tough transition.
Another part is how confident they are going into the new 2022 regulations. They might want that young driver to learn and develop them into the next phase.
