FWIW My old 435 was black on black & some guys with similar cars tried different approaches for the side vents. None really looked that good, too much like JC Whitney addons.
Compared to the Z4 vent it was quite small so any alteration would need to be pretty mild to fit in.
One thing I was thinking about for the Z4, am getting San Francisco red, is doing the vents in body color.
Question - Is the vent functional? My 435 was functional then on the 440 they were fake.
