I'm glad the Z4 comes with just the flat repair kit; a spare would take up too much room IMO and, in my experience, flats are uncommon enough that it's not worth hauling a spare.....the flat repair kit should work most of the time and I'm almost always in cell coverage area.
Runflats perform poorly and I wouldn't run them on a sportscar.
