At noon today, at 12:08 : almost to the day, eight years after opening of the BMW Welt, we have welcomed in the
#BMWWelt the 20 millionth visitor.
Dieter Reiter, Mayor of Munich, and Helmut Käs, head of the BMW Welt, welcomed the visibly surprised anniversary guests, the family of four from Aachen, Germany. Per video message spoke visitors from around the world from their congratulations. The reigning DTM Champion Marco Wittmann presented on behalf of the BMW Welt, the guest of honor at a special gift - they are allowed one year of driving the new BMW X1.
