The dealer got in a special order M40i Frozen Grey, which took 8 months to get. The purchaser had already went with something else. It didn't have the executive package I wanted but does have Active Cruise control.
Unfortunately before I headed home yesterday a huge dust storm/monsoon hit the area. I left it at the dealership. I will pick it up today.
