Pistols no. Rifles yes BUT you cannot register it in MA if it's not already registered in MA. Basically can do whatever NH law allows but once u get back to MA you cannot. Same as attempting to register any banned firearm. I bought my Sig M400 at the factory store in NH saved on tax and price and was allowed by NH to bring it back locked in my trunk and register it myself in MA but now all new ARs are banned so can't do that anymore. Same with mags NH will sell but they are post AWB mags and are illegal to possess in MA. Only "preban" is allowed.
