Im not bashing anything. Its my opinion. Im constantly struggling to maintain these kinds of diets. Its not realistic. I LOVE FOOD!! Anyway, my metabolism picks back up as soon as I start working out again. So really I can eat whatever the hell I want as soon as I lose whatever lbs I want.
