I've played at home as a perpetual intermediate / hobbiest / only for myself for almost 20 years. I have bought and sold and modified a few dozen electrics, but realized over the last few years / as I got older that I really love the acoustic.
I still have 3 electrics - one of which is a Tele I assembled and finished myself, 2 Epiphones (SG, LP Special) and 5 acoustics: 2 Taylors (114 / 314ec), 2 Yamahas (FSX5, FG5) and a Martin 15 OM
My favorite is easily the Yamaha FSX5
