I miss Prescott. I lived in Prescott Valley for a little bit in the mid-90s. I miss taking rides to Jerome and Sedona. So much better than the NE for beautiful driving views. But that drive across the panhandle on 41 (or is it 40?) is still the most amazing drive in the USA as far as I’m concerned. Watching thunderclouds and rainbows spread across the sky over two to three states is amazing. The mountains are forever giant in the distance. Amazing.
