Around here in Michigan, where lease prices can get pretty low, you can usually find the smaller Chevy SUV's, Cruze, etc for around $100 a month.
I leased a Jeep Liberty for $69 per month once. One of my employee's got his GF a Equinox for $109.
The 200's used to get that low but not since the new model was released. The small Buick SUV can get down into the low 120's. I've even seen Regal's that low, even with the Turbo motor which is not too bad.
