I squatted 705 when I tried a squat suit and benched over 600 in a shirt but that stuff just helped tear me up. I wish I'd never gone over 400 for the squat, stuck to shrug bar deads and only pressed dumbbells, I've had 2 failed shoulder repairs and 2 hip scopes, bicep repair and some other stuff in the last few years

Recoving from a 2nd failed shoulder repair 8 months ago, I pressed 90lb dumbbells for 20 the other day, trying to eventually get to 120x20 but never going heavier again
