There are some ceramic coatings that you can have a body shop put on the car, which won't mess with the matte finish and make maintenance/upkeep much easier. I'm planning on doing that with mine pretty shortly after I take delivery of the car. My shop uses cQuartz coatings, but Dr. Beasley's also make a coating kit for matte finished vehicles (also check out their cleaning supply kits for matte paints - they have you covered:
