I live and work in SF, and i own 3 cars. if you CHOOSE to ride, then you are inherently accepting the liability. Yeah i could ride, but do i want to get run over by some asshole pulling 48hr shift driving an Uber, no.
By your logic, ride public transportation . Thats the most cost effective way to commute.
