I looked at 15-16 Cayman GTS but nothing much available. There are way more GT4s for sale but all are $85 - $100k.
I plan to look at 991.2 Carrera T and 991.1 GTS - both are significantly higher than $75k though. Porsche prices are crazy but these are CPO for 2 years and unlimited miles.
As far as C8 - if the Z06 gets a 5.5 NA V8, that would be my choice but this would be 2-3yrs down the road when all the hype dies down. |
Go for the T, one of my favorite 991 trims outside of GT cars, drives excellent, and despite having the base engine, I along with others have found that the turbo's spool much quicker in that engine than say an S/GTS, and the manual (of course the obvious transmission choice
) was given shorter gearing compared to other models which also makes the drive even better.
