There might not be enough contrast between the exterior and interior if you go red + red, even though the shades are different.
Personally I would hesitate to buy any kind of "should I do it?" color combos without seeing some pictures. I didn't find any for this combo.
Something else to consider is if SF Red is dark enough for you. If you would prefer it darker then maybe pick another paint and worry about the interior choice then.
