I've had my Rancillio for probably 10 yrs and it pumps out great espresso every day. With this set up, making a near perfect cappuccino doesn't take much more time than a drip pot in the morning.

I'm partial to Counter Culture beans. They are single lot roasters so the farms they source from rotate throughout the year.

It is kind of fun to get the different tastes from the locality, the drying method, the time of year, etc. They do a pretty good job describing what you're in for with each lot so you can pick and choose to your taste. My go to "standard" is their big trouble. Makes a great espresso with lots of crema
And funny, I looked at my knives after the discussion above and realize my block holds them sideways
