Appreciate it! I am actually starting to enjoy front squats a lot more than back squats.
Yeah we do a ton of front squats. Hadn't tested 3RM for a while and was pretty surprised at the PR. Also had Isreali food last night and I didn't shit myself mid-squat so double win.
